YES! Our sheets are specially formulated to have great performance in all laundry machines - including HE machines. The key to our non-toxic laundry detergent sheets is water contact time. We suggest placing your sheet into the washing machine first to maximize water contact time as water tends to pool at the bottom of the machine regardless of type. Please, just don't put it in the middle of your clothes. This could result in the sheet getting balled up inside the clothes and not getting enough water to dissolve and clean.
