What are the ingredients in your products?

We ship with DHL who hands off to the USPS for delivery. There are some exceptions where USPS is the only mode of travel for your packages.

How are orders shipped?

Most of our products are made in the states... WI, KY, GA, and NC. We do supplement a bit from China to keep up with the demand (laundry sheets). Every product is made under our patented formulation and all batches are tested for consistency.  We understand the importance of American made and as a result, we have purchased the necessary machinery and equipment to do all manufacturing in house. The machines have recently been delivered and are up and running. The raw materials have been delivered and small test batches are getting ready to be made. Mass production is the next step.   We have found that our current facility is not outfitted for the machines due to the steam that they produce. We have finally found the right facility and are waiting for the buildout for the facility to be completed before we can move in and start the manufacturing. Our goal is to be up and running in the next 6 months or less.This has been a grueling process for us and we feel that we have hit one roadblock after another. We are not going to give up and we are going to keep going! Please be patient with us and we will get there soon.   We are passionate about the planet and as a Veteran owned company,  the American Economy is very important to us! We look forward to being able to tell you that we are 100% Made in the USA. Where is the product made?

On desktop: 
Log in to your account and go to the My Subscriptions page.
You will see a red links that says: Change Billing or Change Shipping. If you are changing your billing address, you can use “edit” inside your current card and hit save when you are done. If you are changing your shipping, you need to click the small box that says “use for all shipments” and then “add new address”. You are all set!


 

 
On mobile/phone:
Log in to your account and go to the My Subscriptions page.
You will see “Billing and Total”  and you will see a small black triangle next to this. Tap the arrow(a new box will open) and you will see the red icon “Change Billing” or “Change Shipping”. Follow the steps above and you will be all updated.

How do I update my Billing or Shipping information

Our rule of thumb for the sheets is: 
1/2 sheet for small loads
1 sheets for medium to large loads 
2 sheets for extra large or extra soiled loads. 

Our sheets are rated for all temperatures of water and all machines. 

We would recommend placing the sheet into the bottom of the machine and then placing the clothes on top. We have always found that this gives the sheets all the water contact time that they need to dissolve properly. Placing them on top of the clothes is not wrong, We have just seen the best results when placing them at the bottom.
