How are orders shipped?

We ship with DHL who hands off to the USPS for delivery. There are some exceptions where USPS is the only mode of travel for your packages.

How do I make a return?

If you would like to make a return, please contact customer service. We will be happy to send you a return label for all unopened packages. Once the items are back into the warehouse a refund will be issued. You must email us no later than 30 days f
